Je voudrais vous présenter un restaurant où je suis allée le mois dernier et qui m’a beaucoup plu. 🙂

I would like to introduce you to a restaurant where I had brunch(?!) last month and which I really liked. 🙂
C’est un autre restaurant près de l’immeuble de bureau de ma sœur, et elle a dit qu’elle y déjeunait souvent avec ses collègues.

It’s another restaurant near my sister’s office building, and she said that she often had lunch with her co-workers there.
À mon avis, ce restaurant a trois avantages.
Tout d’abord, on peut déguster divers plats coréens !
C’était comme une aire de restauration avec beaucoup de plats. (Regardez la photo ci-dessous !)

In my opinion, this restaurant has three advantages.
First of all, you can taste various Korean foods!
It was like a food court with a lot of dishes. (Look at the photo below!)
Et ensuite, c’est abordable.
Eh bien, je ne peux pas dire que ce soit super bon marché !
Il semble que ces jours-ci un repas du midi à Busan coûte généralement entre ￦ 9 000 et ￦ 10 000.
Considérant cela, je pense qu’ici, vous pouvez profiter de repas à un bon prix. 🙂

Secondly, it’s affordable.
Well, of course, I can’t say it’s super cheap!
It seems that a lunch meal in Busan these days costs usually around ￦ 9,000 – ￦ 10,000.
Considering that, I think here you can enjoy meals eat at a good price. 😀

(J’ai oublié de demander à quelle heure il ferme.)
Je l’ajouterai lors de ma prochaine visite ce mois-ci.
De toute façon, vous savez, il est difficile de trouver des restaurants ouverts aussi tôt !
Donc, c’est pas mal. 😀

One last thing, this restaurant opens at 8am.
I forgot to ask it closing time.
I’ll add it when I visit again this month.
Anyway, you know, it’s hard to find restaurants open this early. 🙂
C’est « 콩나물 굴국밥 Kongnamul Gulgukbap » que j’ai mangé.
C’est une soupe d’huîtres aux pousses de sojs et de riz.

It was “콩나물 굴국밥 Kongnamul Gulgukbap” that I tried.
It is Oyster rice soup with bean sprouts.
Selon son goût, on peut y ajouter « 김 /gim/ (=algue séchée) » et « 수란 /su-ran/ (=œuf poché) ».

Depending on taste, you can add “김 /gim/ (=dried seaweed)” and “수란 /su-ran/ (=poached egg)”.
Et ma sœur, elle a mangé « 콩나물 낙지 돌솥비빔밥 /kong-na-mul nak-jji dol-sot-bi-bim-bap/ ».

My sister ate “콩나물 낙지 돌솥비빔밥 /kong-na-mul nak-jji dol-sot-bi-bim-bap/ ”.
« 돌솥 /dol-sot/ » signifie une marmite en pierre.
Quand on commande un plat servi dans 돌솥 /dol-sot/, on peut garder son plat plus très chaud en mangeant !!

“돌솥 /dol-sot/” means a stone pot.
When you order a dish served in 돌솥 /dol-sot/, you can keep your dish warm while eating!
« 콩나물 /kong-na-mul/ », ce sont des pousses de soja.
« 낙지 /nak-jji/ Nakji », c’est un petit poulpe.

“콩나물 /kong-na-mul/” is bean sprouts.
“낙지 /nak-jji/ Nakji” is an small octopus.
L’intérieur était un peu vieux et je l’ai trouvé mal éclairée.
Cependant, les plats ont été bons et la propriétaire du restaurant était sympa.
Nous n’avons payé que ￦ 21 000 pour 3 personnes.
C’était un très bon rapport qualité-prix ! 😀
Je vais certainement y manger encore une fois. haha

The interior was a little bit old and lighting was kind of dim.
However, the food was good, and the restaurant owner was kind.
We only paid ￦ 21,000 for 3 people.
That was pretty good bang for the buck! =)
I will definately revisit. haha 🙂
