Lors du festival culturel spécial du Quartier chinois, ce que j’ai acheté avec du pain (de Russian Food Market) était les dumplings de « 신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen ».
En coréen, on appelle les dumplings 만두 Mandu. 🙂

« 신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen » est un célèbre restaurant de dumplings connu dans tout Busan !

Mais je n’ai jamais essayé les dumplings « 신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen » avant.

Car,
1. En fait, il y a un restaurant qui vend des dumplings vraiment délicieux dans mon quartier.
2. C’est trop loin d’aller à la gare de Busan pour manger des dumplings d’où j’habite.
3. On dit que ce restaurant est toujours plein de monde.

At the Chinatown Festival, what I bought with some bread (from the Russian food market) was the dumplings from “신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen”.

In Korean, we call dumplings 만두 Mandu. 🙂

“신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen” is a famous dumpling restaurant known throughout Busan!

But I’ve never tasted “신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen” dumplings before.

Because,
1. Actually, there is a restaurant selling really delicious dumplings in my neighborhood.
2. It’s too far to go to Busan Station to eat dumplings from where I live.
3. It is said that this restaurant is always full of people.

Au fait, juste avant d’aller au Chinatown Festival !
Par coïncidence, dans une émission télévisée, j’ai vu ma profileuse préférée disait que chaque fois qu’elle visite Busan lors d’un voyage d’affaires, elle prend toujours un repas à « 신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen ».

Elle dit qu’elle mange toujours des dumplings dans ce restaurant avant de prendre le train pour Séoul, et qu’elle commande même des dumplings à emporter chez elle.

Et, dit-elle, elle attend avec impatience que les dumplings soient préparés.
Parce que si les dumplings ne sortent pas à temps, elle doit abandonner !
Lorsque l’hôte lui a demandé si elle devait abandonner les dumplings à cause de l’heure de train, elle a répondu: « Non, je veux dire que j’abandonne le train pour mes dumplings! » mdr

By the way, just before going to the Chinatown Festival!
Coincidentally, on a TV show, I saw my favorite profiler telling me that every time she visits Busan on a business trip, she always has a meal at “신발원 /sinbalwon/, Shinfayuen”.

She said she always eats dumplings at the restaurant before taking the train back to Seoul, and even order takeaway dumplings to take home.

And, she says she waits impatiently for the dumplings to be prepared.
Because if the dumplings don’t come out soon, she has to give up!
When the host asked her if she has to give up the dumplings because of her train time, she answered: Nope, I mean I give up the train for my dumplings!” LOL

Alors à partir de ce jour-là, j’ai commencé à être curieuse de ce restaurant !
Qu’y a-t-il de si spécial dans les dumplings de Sinbalwon ?

Donc, j’ai voulu en essayer cette fois, alors j’ai passé une commande à la borne à l’extérieur du restaurant et j’ai attendu attendu… attendu!
Je pense que ça nous a pris environ 20 minutes ! (Normalement, ça prend environ 10 à 15 minutes.)
J’ai entendu dire que ces dumplings vont bien avec des concombres, alors j’ai également commandé « 오이무침 /O-i-mu-chim/, Salade de concombres ».

So from then on, I started to be curious about this restaurant!
What’s so special about Sinbalwon’s dumplings?

So, I wanted to try it this time, so I placed an order at the kiosk outside the restaurant and waited waited… waited! I think it took about 20 minutes! (Usually it seems to take about 10-15 minutes.)
I heard that these dumplings go well with cucumbers together, so I ordered “오이무침 /O-i-mu-chim/, Seasoned Cucumber salad” as well.

Je vous dis une chose.
Je pense que vous devrez essayer des dumplings fraîchement servis dans ce restaurant pour savoir si cela vaut la peine d’abandonner le train (si nécessaire) ! 😛
À mon humble avis, les dumplings de la boîte n’étaient pas si dignes de ce nom. 😳
Vous savez, je vais encore visiter le restaurant et cette fois, je vais y manger.

I’ll tell you one thing.
I think you’ll need to try freshly served dumplings at a restaurant to find out if it’s worth abandoning the train(if necessary)!
In my humble opinion, the dumplings in the box were not that worthy of the name. 😳
You know what, I’m going to visit the restaurant again and this time, I’m going to eat there.
