📝 Mon expĂ©rience / My experience

I’ve been running a lot lately, so I’ve become a regular patch user 😅

After trying many brands, I realized the type matters more — cool for after running, hot for stiffness, and spray for wider areas.

A round store display filled with various Korean pain-relief patches, marked with a sign that says “4 sheets,” showing common bundle deals in pharmacies.
A typical Korean pharmacy display showing pain-relief patches sold in 4-sheet bundles.

And in Korea, people almost always buy them in bundles, since it’s cheaper.

For example, four 3,000-won patches are sold for 10,000 won, and three 4,000-won patches also cost 10,000 won.

Most Korean pharmacies even have a dedicated display shelf just for patches.

For now, I only have pictures of Zyrtec and Notec, but I’ll add more whenever I happen to visit a pharmacy!

Of course, I have zero ties to these brands. 😭😅
